We want you to love your experience with TADMINT. 💛 Because our products are a mix of digital downloads and custom-made merchandise, our return policy is a little different for each.
Digital Downloads
All of our digital products are instant downloads, which means they’re non-refundable once purchased.
But your experience matters to us! 💛 If you run into any trouble downloading your files or if something doesn’t look right, just send us a message. We’ll do everything we can to make sure you get what you paid for and can enjoy it without issues.
Merchandise
All of our merchandise is made to order just for you, which helps us reduce waste and create high-quality products. Because of this, we generally don’t accept returns. That said, we know things can happen—so here’s what you need to know:
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing error, let us know within 30 days. We’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order doesn’t arrive, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll take care of it.
Wrong Address
If your address is incomplete and the package is returned, we’ll happily reship it once the updated address is confirmed. A small re-shipping fee may apply.
Size Exchanges
Please double-check the sizing chart before ordering. Since every item is made to order, we can’t offer size exchanges.
